Office / Sales:
Sales Prospecting / Customer Service: This position is for an experienced person with a telephone sales and customer service background. Applicant must be able to utilize the phone effectively, have a pleasant voice, quick wit, and excellent closing ability and be able to take direction. The position requires your ability to perform outlined tasks. Bonus payments are paid Quarterly on all closed leads. Computer and typing skills required. Knowledge of the printing industry is preferred. This position is full-time, 8AM – 5PM with 1 hour for lunch. Persons with Telemarketing, Insurance or previous sales experience are encouraged to apply. This position could develop in to a Sales position for the right person.
Production Related:
Pressroom I: This position is for a press operator with four-color (CMYK Offset Lithography) experience as a lead operator. Experience with press set-ups, color management and general maintenance are required. You must be able to prove your ability as a craftsman.
Bindery II: Cutter and/or folding experience preferred. This position is for someone with a mechanical background who wants to work in a fast paced environment. Basic computer knowledge, a team player attitude with some previous printing / binding experience is required.
We operate first and second shifts. Our second shift works four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday - Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package that includes seven paid holidays, vacation, group health insurance, 401k and a professional work environment. Associates must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime, be flexible and possess a team-player attitude. All positions require a Pre-employment drug screen.
