FTP --- File Transfer Protocol Step 1
  1. Fill out the FTP Submission Form.
  2. Click on the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of the form.

After your form is submitted, we will be notified that a file is being uploaded to our server. Please follow the instructions listed below the form to complete the FTP transfer process.

To upload a file to our ftp server:

1. If you don't have an ftp client for performing file transfers, download one of the following ftp clients or use one of your own:

If using a PC - download SmartFTP located at: http://www.smartftp.com

If using a Mac - download Fetch from http://www.fetchsoftworks.com

2. Install the software and launch the program.

3. Log onto our ftp server as follows:

Name of server or host name: ftp.colorimpressions.biz

User ID or User Name: ciftp@colorimpressions.biz

Password: ftpuser

4. Simply drag and drop your zipped or stuffed file onto the upload directory window. When your ftp client indicates to you the file upload is complete, select Disconnect or Close Connection from the File menu or quit the program. This logs you off of our ftp server.

Please make sure your archive file name contains only the letters A-Z and/or numbers 0-9 underscores and periods. Spaces or wild card characters in file names are not allowed, such as * { } [ ] etc. If your download is rejected, check to make sure you have named the file properly.

That's it! Feel free to use any ftp client you wish. The ftp client applications listed above are only suggestions and any ftp client will work.
